When a tenant makes a payment of rent or charges, it may be common practice to provide a receipt or remittance acknowledgement. This may be done via print or email, ideally by email since the process is immediate and seamless.
On the tenant receipt form click the Email Receipt link, or at a later date the tenant transaction may be viewed via Reports > Accounting > Tenant Transactions. From the Options menu click Email Receipt to pop up a dialog where you can provide a title, some accompanying text and specify who the email should be sent to, including a copy to your own email address.
You may also select a receipt branding theme to be applied to the PDF.
