Details of phone calls with landlords, tenants and suppliers may be recorded via the Correspondence > Phone Calls > Add Call menu on each respective record's view.
Contact: This is the main record or person with whom the caller has spoken and is preset depending on where you initiated the call log.
Type: Outgoing or Incoming
Staff Member: Choose from the list of system users, or add another user's name.
Contact: The person themselves, or an additional contact.
Date and Time: Defaults to the current date and time.
Summary: Details of the conversation.
Click Save to store the call details.
