If a property charge has been added in error, or if it is no longer valid, it may be deleted. For example, if you delete a tenant receipt you may wish to also delete the management fee associated with that transaction.
You cannot delete a charge which has had payments received against it. To do so, you must first remove any charge payments.
Alternatively, it may be possible to modify an existing property charge.
- Click on any property charge, either directly from a statement or report, or from the property's List Charges screen, to view it.
- On the view charge screen click Options > Delete.
