We have introduced a number of new reports which will help agents more quickly identify
Some existing reports have also been reorganised into a Reports and Statements menu item on the Financial menu. This paves the way for additional reports in this area in the near future.
You can now see rental income on a per-property or per-landlord basis, via the Financial > Reports and Statements menu on the respective landlord or property records. A property view shows income for that particular property, whereas the landlord view shows income across all properties in his/her portfolio.
The rental income report may be filtered by date range, by recipient (via the agency, or directly from the tenant to the landlord) and also will show how much of the collected rent has been paid out or is still awaiting payout.
This information will be especially useful for your landlords' accountants when completing tax returns, and can be exported in CSV format.
A new All Charges Applied report is now available via the Reports > Accounting menu to highlight all charges applied by the agency in a specified report date range, and this report may be filtered by charge type (tenant or property) and by paid status, e.g. to quickly identify outstanding charges which still need to be paid.
For your convenience, two separate variations of this report are also available labelled Outstanding Tenant Charges, and Outstanding Property Charges. Note that these reports are built in the same way as the overarching All Charges Applied report, but with appropriate search filters set.
This information will be especially useful for your own agency's accountants when completing tax returns, and can be exported in CSV format.
